Production Operator – Up to  $21.50/hr | Monday-Friday | Weekly Pay

Williamson, NY | Multiple Shifts Available 

Kelly is hiring Production Operators for a growing food manufacturing facility in Williamson, NY. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, weekly pay, paid training, and long-term career potential.

Pay

• 1st Shift: $20/hour
  

• 2nd Shift: $20.75/hour
  

• 3rd Shift: $21.50/hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  

• 3rd Shift: Sunday night-Friday night (Monday-Saturday workweek) | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Training: Candidates hired for 2nd or 3rd shift will complete approximately 2 weeks of paid training on 1st shift before transitioning to their assigned schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
  

• Perform quality checks on products, labels, and packaging
  

• Load materials and assist with product changeovers
  

• Keep production lines running efficiently
  

• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  

• Follow food safety, GMP, quality, and safety procedures
  

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required
  

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
  

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  

• Reliable transportation to Williamson
