Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Plymouth, MA (100% On-Site)
Temp-to-Hire
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Targeting –  $50,000–$60,000 per year

Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing organization in Plymouth, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruiting process from job approval through onboarding

  • Schedule interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates

  • Maintain job postings and recruiting records

  • Coordinate background checks, pre-employment screenings, and new hire onboarding

  • Support hiring events, internship programs, and recruiting initiatives

  • Assist with leave of absence administration, including FMLA, PFML, ADA accommodations, and return-to-work coordination

  • Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and maintain case documentation

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy

  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, policy administration, and special projects

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

  • 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, or Human Resources experience

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus

  • HRIS experience required; Workday experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
