Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Starting at $20 per hour, with an anticipated increase to $21 upon hire.

What’s a typical day as an Eligibility/Enrollment Processor? You’ll be:
• Reviewing and processing applications for healthcare and insurance programs.
• Verifying documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance.
• Entering and updating applicant data in internal systems while maintaining organized, confidential records.
• Offering basic guidance to applicants on eligibility requirements and responding to general inquiries.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy, with basic communication and customer service skills.
• Are familiar with Medicare or healthcare programs (a plus), and can follow procedures while meeting deadlines.
• Are comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
