? Team Lead – Freeze Dried Room

Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $23/hour | 2/2/3 Rotating Schedule | 6AM – 6PM
Are you an organized leader who loves pets and wants to make a real impact? Join our growing dog food manufacturing team in Denton, TX! We’re looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to oversee operations in our state-of-the-art freeze-dried room. Even if you don’t have food manufacturing experience, if you’re passionate about systems and supporting people, we want to hear from you!


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, motivate, and support your production team in the freeze-dried room

  • Manage digital systems to monitor workflow and track progress

  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and top product quality are maintained

  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless production

  • Troubleshoot minor production issues and maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven organizational and leadership skills

  • Experience using systems, software, or process tracking (industry flexible)

  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit

  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment

  • Eagerness to embrace the 2/2/3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, repeat)
