Job Title: Field Service Technician: 1 
Location: Stone Mountain GA 30087
Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Overtime on Fridays or rain make-up days; flexibility required
Pay Rate: USD 30.00 per hour
Contract Type: TTH

Core Responsibilities:

  • Creates and maintains safe working environment and culture

  • Takes care of company property

  • Troubleshoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions

  • Identifies and remedies safety issues on company and customer-owned equipment

  • Interfaces directly with customers, potentially at multiple sites with multiple technologies

  • Accountable to customer for operation and repair of the system; first line of technical service support

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 1–3 years’ experience

  • Ability to obtain TWIC card

  • Technical experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and smart devices

  • Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability

Driving Requirements:

  • Passenger of vehicle; able to accompany driver and maintain a company vehicle

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis

  • Able to walk, write, and type frequently

  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

  • Able to climb and descend stairs

  • Able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull occasionally

  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing

  • May work indoors and outdoors (heat up to 120° and cold to 0°)

  • May be exposed to noise, dust, dirt, and concrete surfaces

  • Must operate computer and communicate via telephone

  • Some travel to other locations, meetings, and seminars required
