Warehouse Inventory Clerk 

Location: Norwich, CT
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Job Description:

  • Accurately count merchandise in stock and record totals in inventory management systems.

  • Compare and reconcile inventory data with office records, including sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices, to provide up-to-date inventory figures.

  • Verify clerical calculations by performing physical counts of stock and correct errors found in computations or quantities.

  • Investigate and report the causes of discrepancies between system records and actual stock levels.

  • Generate regular reports highlighting inventory balances, shortages, or discrepancies.

  • Prepare lists of depleted inventory items and recommend action for defective or unusable stock.
