Customer Service & Operations Coordinator
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Pay: $23.00/hour

About the Role:
Join our team as a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator and play a key role supporting our clients and internal teams. This dynamic position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all client inquiries within 2 hours

  • Sales order entry, follow-up, and coordination with logistics

  • Prepare and maintain status reports and project schedules

  • Create and maintain reports for customers and management

  • Support Account Managers in providing technical advice and resolving issues

  • Ensure customer requirements are met and projects meet SLA targets

  • Assist in quarterly business reviews and prepare corresponding documentation

  • Monitor and improve processes related to specific customer needs

  • Provide general customer support and maintain client confidentiality

  • Serve as a backup for Account Managers and other team members as needed

  • Work both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Customer service experience; SAP and supply chain knowledge a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational, analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

  • Initiative, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

Physical & Work Environment:

  • Office-based role; frequent sitting, occasional standing/walking

  • Regular use of a computer and office equipment

  • Must be able to lift/move up to 10 lbs occasionally

  • Professionalism and positive interaction with staff and customers required
