Kelly Engineering is seeking an accomplished Manager of New Product Development for a premier direct hire opportunity in St. Louis. Join a rapidly growing organization and play a pivotal role in driving cutting-edge solutions and transformative growth.

The NPD Leader will drive the execution of innovation and NPD initiatives, transforming strategic opportunities into commercially viable products, services, and solutions.

**Candidates in Senior Engineering or Supervisor NPD roles who are ready to advance their careers are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the NPD process from concept to commercialization

  • Facilitate stage-gate reviews and oversee the innovation funnel, ensuring projects are prioritized, evaluated, and advanced efficiently

  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource requirements, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies for multiple concurrent NPD programs

  • Drive accountability and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing

  • Lead design for manufacturability, reverse engineering, supplier qualification, feasibility assessments, and commercialization planning

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in medical device/equipment NPD

  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • BS Degree or higher in Engineering or related technical discipline
