Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday

What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:

  • Maintaining inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, and recording inventory locations.

  • Locating and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.

  • Delivering and opening materials and supplies at work centers to maintain in-process inventory.

  • Recording the disposition of materials and supplies delivered.

  • Receiving, verifying, and restocking credit-return materials and supplies from production.

  • Preparing finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing products.

  • Documenting product shipments and maintaining accurate records.

  • Performing pre-use inspections and operator repairs on material handling equipment.

  • Contributing to overall team success by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED (required).

  • Have 1-3 years of light assembly or manufacturing experience 

  • Possess sit-down forklift experience (required).

  • Excel in organization, time management, data entry, inventory control, and process improvement.

  • Are deadline-oriented and comfortable dealing with complexity.

  • Can lift materials as needed and are focused on safety management.
