Kelly Services is hiring a Procurement Contracting Coordinator for Johnson&Johnson/Janssen.
Pay: 32.00 per hour
Benefits: Paid Time off, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Located in Tampa, FL
Major Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining and updating critical contract management tools and trackers.

  • Performing contract data validation, quality reviews, and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.

  • Supporting contract lifecycle activities, including termination letter drafting, contract clause reviews, and documentation management.

  • Managing large volumes of contract-related data through advanced Excel analysis, file consolidation, and reporting.

  • Maintaining organized and compliant document repositories across SharePoint and other contract management systems.

  • Leveraging digital tools such as Copilot, and related systems to improve efficiency and scalability of contracting activities.

Critical Capabilities
Technical & Analytical Capabilities

  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data manipulation, mass updates, and file consolidation.

  • Strong data management and quality assurance mindset.

  • Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining data integrity.

Contracting Knowledge

  • Ability to interpret and analyze basic contract provisions.

  • Experience supporting contract review activities, clause analysis, and termination processes.

  • Understanding of contract documentation standards and governance requirements.

Operational Leadership & Coordination

  • Capability to provide oversight and quality control for work performed by other resources.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, escalate risks, and drive resolution.
