Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hour

Shift: 30–40 hrs/week, starts at 7:00 AM 

MUST already live local to the AG area

What’s a typical day as a Process Improvement Student Intern? You’ll be:

  • Applying FOX tools to support plant operations, such as autonomous and reliability maintenance, breakdown elimination, 5S, and digital checklists.

  • Mastering and teaching plant improvement methods to teammates, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

  • Collaborating on brainstorming sessions, diagnosing operational issues, and tracking project improvements.

  • Reporting updates to plant leaders and frontline teams, showcasing your impact on performance and culture.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • MUST be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program or recent Bachelor graduate..

  • Have strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with a wide range of people.

  • MUST be proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic tech tools.

  • Thrive in active, energetic environments and are eager to get involved in real plant work.

  • Can reliably start at 7:00 AM and commit to a 30–40 hour/week schedule.
