Reach Truck / Inventory Clerk – 2nd Shift

South Bend, IN | Earn $18.25+ | Weekly Pay

Kelly Services is looking for experienced stand-up high reach truck drivers (Crown/ Toyota preferred) for a warehouse opportunity in South Bend. We only have a few second-shift openings left, so this is ONLY for those who are ready to move quickly and start within a week. This position requires occasional mandatory overtime. After you work 40 hours your pay rate is 27.37/hr+.

SHIFT & PAY

2nd shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. (other shifts may be available)
Rotating workdays; schedules provided two weeks ahead
Some weekends and mandatory overtime required
Weekly pay every Friday
Time and a half after 40 hours
Pay begins at $18.25 after onsite equipment certification
Additional shift differentials apply during qualifying evening hours
Other shifts may be available

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll operate a stand-up reach truck or cherry picker while helping with picking, packing, stocking, inventory and other warehouse duties for a major technology company. The position require extreme punctuality due to high level government deadlines. During your assignment, you will have opportunities to be trained on a variety of warehouse equipment.

To be considered, your resume should show at least one year of recent, steady reach truck, cherry-picker or order-picker experience. Sit-down forklift experience by itself will NOT qualify. You must have steel-toed boots and agree to follow GMP practices (no jewelry, no graphic t-shirts, nail and/ or eyelash cosmetics). Let’s talk about the screening process. 

QUICK HIRING PROCESS

You must apply online, complete a short 10–15-minute phone or video interview and finish onboarding. Once cleared, you can start quickly and get your first check the following Friday (or before depending on your bank). Equipment certification is completed onsite during your first two weeks.

Start through Kelly Services for 3 – 6 months (or sooner) with weekly pay.

Then after coming on time with less than 3 attendance points every 90 days and keeping up with quota you will be evaluated for permanent hire with this tech company and receive a difference in hourly pay and benefits.
