Manufacturing Technician II – Pack Grind Packer Temp
Hourly Rate: $22.00 | Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule | 12.25-Hour Shifts | Overtime Available

Your Role
As a Pack Grind Packer Temp, you will:
- Precisely pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment and storage
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our exacting standards
- Safely operate packaging equipment and load bulk semi-trailers with finished product
- Keep workplaces clean and organized by performing housekeeping and sanitation duties across departments
- Maintain accurate logs and records for packaged materials and deliveries
- Participate in safety initiatives and follow HACCP and GMP requirements
- Help train new team members and support daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy matters!
- Team Player: Comfortable working alone or collaboratively
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer and math skills are required
- Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work at heights or in varying temperatures
- Safety Focused: Commitment to safe practices at all times
- Experience in manufacturing/warehousing is preferred, but not required
Requirements
- Comfortable with dusty, hot/cold, and noisy environments
- Willing to participate in safety programs and adhere to protocols (no jewelry, uniforms provided)
- Must work rotating 2-2-3 schedule (48 hours one week, 36 the next, 12.25-hour shifts from 4:45 AM/PM to 5:00 AM/PM, every other weekend off)
