Shift: Monday – Friday from 8AM to 5PM

What’s a typical day as Insurance Claims Associate? You’ll be:

  • Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all telephone inquiries

  • Performing necessary research to resolve customer inquiries

  • Ensuring effective customer relations by responding accurately and timely to inquiries

  • Documenting all customer interactions and inquiries accurately

  • Initiating minor clerical adjustments or processing provider requests as needed

  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve problems and special projects

  • Providing feedback and recommendations to management regarding customer needs

  • Maintaining accurate records of complaints and suggestions

  • Following up on complaints until resolved or reporting to management as required

  • Identifying and reporting suspected fraudulent activities and system errors

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Are bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

  • Possess excellent verbal communication, human relations, and organizational skills

  • Can handle high-stress situations and demonstrate good judgment

  • Have strong customer service skills and basic computer operating abilities

  • Can learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently

  • Are comfortable working onsite in a typical office environment
