Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15.00/hour (paid weekly)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm

What’s a typical day as Feeder Operator? You’ll be:
- Following all SOPs, safety rules, and maintaining a clean, safe work area
- Setting up your work area for efficient operation
- Inspecting cartons visually and manually for gluing and folding defects
- Packing cartons into corrugated cases based on customer specifications
- Applying individual case labels and pushing cases through the case sealer onto the main conveyor
- Sorting flat cartons by layouts and packing according to customer instructions
- Operating a hand-lift jack to move pallets and maintain optimal working conditions
- Sorting materials per set criteria and assisting with special sorting projects
- Reading and following written and verbal instructions
- Performing repeated physical tasks including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have steel or composite toe boots or shoes (required)
- Possess basic math skills and can read a ruler
- Are able to obtain a fork truck license
- Are a high school graduate or equivalent
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to attendance, safety, and teamwork
- Can perform the physical aspects of the role, including lifting, standing, and moving throughout your shift
