Kelly® is looking for an Electronic Assembler to work at a premier manufacturing client in New Hope, MN. Snapshot:

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.17 – $20.60 per hour

Shifts:

Production 1 Hours:  5:30 AM to 3:00 PM Monday–Thursday and 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM on Friday
Production 2 Hours:  6:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday–Thursday and 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM on Friday

What’s a typical day as an Electronic Assembler? You’ll be:

  • Accurately assembling electronic circuit boards and sub-assemblies using bills of materials, travelers, drawings, and work instructions

  • Precisely placing through-hole components into circuit boards

  • Performing basic soldering and various assembly tasks to ensure high workmanship and productivity

  • Supporting consistent workflow by filling in at different workstations as needed

  • Participating in safety, ergonomic, and 5-S programs while helping identify areas for improvement

  • Keeping accurate records of time spent in each work center by clocking in/out

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Have previous assembly experience

  • Are seeking an entry-level opportunity with willingness to learn and grow in electronics assembly

  • Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

  • Can follow written instructions, assembly documentation, and drawings

  • Demonstrate a dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset

  • Are able to frequently sit, stand, walk, and lift/carry up to 24 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds)

  • Are familiar with basic soldering (preferred, but not required)
