General Labor – Production Associate

Calva Products
 

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Required PPE: Steel-Toed Shoes


Position Overview

Calva Products is seeking a dependable and safety-focused General Labor Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position works on the production floor performing repetitive production tasks, following established procedures, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Note: This is a dusty manufacturing environment. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor and production activities on the manufacturing floor.

  • Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

  • Complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Accurately count, sort, and handle materials and products.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

  • Operate company equipment and systems as required and authorized.

  • Support production goals and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

  • Basic math skills, including counting and simple calculations.

  • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.

  • Strong verbal communication skills.

  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Comfortable working in a dusty environment.

  • Must wear steel-toed shoes at all times while on the production floor.
