Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate

Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident due to ITAR regulations

Location: Carlsbad, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4/10 Schedule)

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join a growing team in Carlsbad! If you have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming inventory

  • Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment

  • Inspect products for damage or defects

  • Verify and complete customer invoices

  • Assemble kits for Manufacturing and issue materials using JDE

  • Operate Kardex equipment

  • Process red tag replacements

  • Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory procedures

  • Assist with inventory accuracy and cycle count activities

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

  • Recommend process improvements to optimize warehouse operations

Qualifications

  • Certificate from a technical school or college OR at least 2 years of related warehouse experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems

  • JDE experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures preferred

  • Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to read and follow written procedures

  • Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

  • Willingness to train and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident due to ITAR regulations

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and customer satisfaction

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
