Job details

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional overtime on Fridays)
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Location: Kindred, ND 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Specialist to join our metal manufacturing team. In this role, you will efficiently and accurately assemble metal components and parts, ensuring proper fit and secure fastening according to blueprint specifications and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble metal components, subassemblies, and parts as directed by blueprint drawings and job specifications

  • Assemble products including fans, unloaders/augers, roof rafters, dryers, and more

  • Use hand and power tools to assemble and fasten all parts per engineering and quality standards

  • Assist with the assembly and preparation of hardware kit boxes

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required to complete projects

  • Inspect assemblies for accuracy and quality

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous assembly or metal manufacturing experience preferred (1-2 years)

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings and specifications

  • Skilled in using hand and power tools

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed 

  • Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
