What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Setting up and operating automatic or semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment
- Managing the overall operation of large-scale manufacturing machinery: feeding materials, adjusting settings, and performing minor repairs
- Pulling finished product from the line and checking operation results against predetermined tolerances
- Following process sheets and written/verbal instructions from supervisors
- Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy

- Have basic technical knowledge or are eager to learn through specialized education or training
- Are able to follow clearly defined procedures, guidelines, and instructions
- Can perform routine manual tasks and make straightforward decisions
- Are detail-oriented and able to inspect products against set standards
- Are available for 2nd shift work
