Temporary Maintenance Inventory Associate

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am-4:00pm

About the Job
Kelly Services is looking for a Temporary Maintenance Inventory Associate to help organize and track maintenance parts and supplies.
You will make sure parts are labeled, counted, stored correctly, and entered into the company’s computer system. You may also assemble, move, or adjust shelving.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and label maintenance parts and storage areas
  

• Enter inventory information into a computer system
  

• Count parts and update inventory totals
  

• Report missing items or inventory differences
  

• Match parts to the correct equipment
  

• Assemble, move, and adjust shelving
  

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  

• Provide regular updates to the Maintenance Manager
  

• Follow all safety rules and wear required protective equipment
  

• Complete required training
  

• Help with other duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
  

• Good organization and attention to detail
  

• Basic computer and data-entry skills
  

• Ability to learn new computer systems
  

• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, or industrial parts
  

• Ability to work independently and manage several tasks
  

• Good communication skills

• Inventory or warehouse work
  

• Computer data entry
  

• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance
  

• Mechanical work
  

• Inventory management software or CMMS systems

Physical and Work Requirements

• About 40% of the work is indoors and 60% is outdoors
  

• Work may take place in storage containers and maintenance areas
  

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use a computer
  

• Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
  

• May need to push, pull, or move shelving
  

• Must be comfortable working in different temperatures
  

• Safety equipment may be required
