Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Kelly is looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates (Receiving) to join our client’s bustling distribution facility in La Vergne, TN. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire role for warehouse professionals seeking stability, growth, and the chance to join a dynamic team.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate a variety of powered industrial vehicles, including:
- Stand-Up Forklift
- Sit-Down Forklift
- Order Picker
- Reach Truck
- Stand-Up Forklift
- Receive, pick, audit, and pack orders accurately using RF scanners.
- Complete daily tasks through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Primarily support the Receiving department and offer assistance in other warehouse areas when needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Consistently meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift, Sit-Down Forklift, Order Picker, and Reach Truck (all required).
- Familiarity with RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for an entire 8-hour shift.
- Comfortable working in seasonal warehouse conditions (hot summers and cold winters).
