Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$22.00 – $24.00 per hour, plus a $1.25/hour shift differential for 3rd shift
Shift:
3rd shift, Monday – Friday, 11pm – 7am. Must be willing to work overtime, 1 to 2 weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at least 1–2 times a month.

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator – Embossing? You’ll be:
- Reading schedules to plan machine changeovers and production runs
- Ensuring sufficient inventory is available for production needs
- Starting and stopping machine operations using control panels
- Aligning or fastening machine parts such as rollers and blades using hand tools
- Threading or feeding film through rollers and adjusting temperature, speed, and flow rate of products and machinery
- Observing machine and product during operation, detecting defects or deviations, and making necessary adjustments
- Recording production run quantities per SOPs and job orders, and performing quality control checks
- Adjusting slit width, loading/unloading materials, and monitoring embossing processes
- Cleaning machines and parts between runs and handling materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts
- Operating and driving a forklift/fork truck as required
- Following hazardous material handling requirements and participating in cross-training as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
- Bring experience within a manufacturing environment and/or demonstrate mechanical aptitude (preferred)
- Have basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tasks
- Are flexible and open to working in different departments as assigned
- Are committed to working overtime, including 1 to 2 weekends per month
- Agree to comply with a 100% non-smoking campus policy
