Production Operator / Batch Mixer
Pay: $21.75/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)
Interview: Onsite
Position Summary
Seeking a dependable Production Operator to support batching, mixing, packaging, quality control, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be willing to cross-train and work in multiple production areas.
Responsibilities
• Follow production schedules and work orders.
• Weigh, mix, and batch ingredients according to specifications.
• Scan materials and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate production equipment, forklifts, and lifting devices.
• Package, label, and palletize finished products.
• Perform quality inspections and collect product samples.
• Enter production data using computers, scanners, and barcode systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math, computer, and communication skills.
• Experience with scanners and barcode systems preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
