Kelly is currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant in the Pennsauken, New Jersey area!
The schedule will typically be Monday – Friday, 8-12 for an average of 25 hours/week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site visit logistics for customers, suppliers, or VIPs
- Order and ship needed supplies.
- Input raw material receipts into SAP
- Work with supervisors to ensure timecards are being populated accurately
- Answer the phone and door
- Enter information resulting from maintenance work into PM system
- Run the overtime reports
- Run the document management system, ensuring documents are reviewed on the required frequency, updating as needed, and general upkeep of the document system.
- Serve as the double check on shipping loads to ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to utilize computer software (systems used are Microsoft Office, intra/internet, etc.)
- Professional and customer service-oriented demeanor
- Demonstrated initiative and outstanding time management
- Attention to detail is very important
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with document management system
