Position Title: Bilingual Recruiter
Location: Sanford, NC (Onsite)
Pay Range: $53,000 – $56,000 annually, based on experience
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
Kelly is seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter to join our team in the Sanford, NC branch. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, identifying and placing qualified candidates for client organizations, and delivering a positive candidate and client experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and interview candidates for a broad range of client positions

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes to effectively meet client hiring requirements

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates

  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies

  • Achieve recruiting and placement goals and uphold service standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
