Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18-$24 per hour
Shift: 1st
What’s a typical day as CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Setting up and operating CNC machinery to manufacture metallic and non-metallic parts under minimal supervision.
- Interpreting blueprints and dimensional instructions to ensure precision.
- Loading and unloading castings and raw materials safely.
- Using measuring instruments and gauges to meet strict tolerance requirements.
- Operating CNC lathes and mills, demonstrating proficiency with FANUC controls.
- Utilizing cutting tools, inserts, grades, chip formers, and fixtures efficiently.
- Completing tool wear offsets and performing minor program edits.
- Conducting daily cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery.
- Maintaining an organized shop environment and providing feedback on process improvements.
- Upholding manufacturing processes, procedures, ISO requirements, and quality standards.
- Communicating effectively with team members.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
