Kelly Services is hiring a Fence Installation Foreman for a fencing company in Middleborough, MA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced fence installation leader who can supervise crews, coordinate jobsite activity, and ensure residential, commercial, and light industrial fence projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
DIRECT HIRE
Location: Middleborough, MA
Base Pay: $25–$35 per hour, minimal BASE PAY (many jobs project based pay)
Additional Pay Opportunity: Many projects are performed under government or prevailing-wage contracts and may pay above the standard base rate. Actual pay may vary by project, contract requirements, and applicable wage determinations.
Schedule: Full-time, 8–10 hour shifts, approximately 40–50 hours per week
Work Location: On the road at various project sites
What You’ll Be Doing

Supervising and coordinating daily fence installation and repair work

Leading crews on residential, commercial, government, and light industrial projects

Reading and interpreting work orders, plans, specifications, blueprints, and drawings

Ensuring installations meet quality, accuracy, customer, and safety standards

Scheduling and coordinating project timelines, crew members, subcontractors, and materials

Operating and overseeing the use of augers, generators, diggers, post pounders, saws, compressors, hammers, and hand tools

Communicating professionally with customers, team members, regulatory agencies, and business partners

Maintaining jobsite safety and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company requirements

Using cell phones, GPS software, tablets, and portable computers for jobsite communication, documentation, and tracking
This Opportunity May Be a Great Fit If You

Have at least 2 years of foreman or crew-lead experience

Have 5 or more years of fence installation experience, preferred

Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Can obtain or currently hold a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
-
Have OSHA 10 certification, preferred
-
Can pass a drug screen, including screening for marijuana
-
Can read and interpret blueprints, plans, work orders, and construction documents

Have strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Hold a hoisting license, a plus

Are comfortable traveling to different jobsites and working outdoors in varying conditions
