Location: Fort Lawn, SC
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Start Date: August 24, 2026
Job Type: 12 week Short-term project with the potential for extension
Position Summary
Kelly® is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector for a short-term project in Fort Lawn, SC. This assignment is scheduled to begin on August 24, 2026, and may be extended based on business needs, attendance, performance, and project requirements.
The Quality Inspector will perform physical and visual inspections of raw materials, components, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accurate documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with production and quality teams in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform physical and visual inspections of raw materials, components, in-process materials, and finished products
- Verify that products meet inspection plans, specifications, and quality requirements
- Identify defects, damage, inconsistencies, and other quality concerns
- Complete inspection reports, logs, and quality documentation accurately
- Follow cleanup and housekeeping procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety, quality, attendance, and work policies
- Work overtime, extended hours, or weekends when required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to identify defects and verify products against specifications
- Ability to complete written reports and enter information into computer systems
- Comfortable using inspection tools, gauges, or measuring equipment
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, inspection plans, and product specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed
Assignment Information
This is a short-term project. However, the assignment may be extended depending on workload, business needs, attendance, performance, and overall project requirements.
