Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, temporary opportunity for a Clinical Supply Manager in Rochester, NY!
Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
A 4 month temporary opportunity with possibility to extend into 2027
Pay: $47/hour
Hybrid Flexibility
Objective:
Supply chain management through sourcing, packaging, labelling, inventory control, temperature control, and global distribution and return of the clinical supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Work with functional teams to develop clinical protocol.
- Plan and procure clinical supplies for pharmaceutical and medical device clinical studies.
- Clinical Supply Plan development; trial characteristics, study materials, treatment groups, packaging design, label text, distribution strategy.
- Internal coordination of secondary labeling, packaging, inventory, and depot distribution of clinical supplies.
- Work with external vendors for clinical labeling, packaging, and distribution.
- Development and collaboration with Clinical Ops, Regulatory and Translation services of label copy requirements for clinical materials.
- Collaborate with Statisticians and Data Management for clinical supply randomization kit/med list.
- Collaborate with Clinical Ops and Data Management for RTSM system set-up. UAT testing.
- Manage Vendor POs.
- Budgeting/Forecasting Clinical Supply spend.
- Laboratory Control and Compliance Team member.
- Clinical Supply SOP creation and maintenance.
- Reconciliation and destruction of clinical trial study supplies.
Key Relationships:
- Internal customers to include Clinical Operations, Data Management, Statistics, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, and Engineers. External customers/partners to include, Clinical Research Organizations, IP Manufacturers (CMOs), and Clinical Labeling & Packaging vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, interpersonal skills, multi-task, understanding of clinical trial procedures, work in fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of relevant project management experience, given preference
- Exemplary organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
