Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $33–$43 per hour
Shift: 1st, must be available to work Central Hours

What’s a typical day? You’ll be:
- Acknowledging and organizing incoming requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with tracking, documenting, and following up on assigned work items.
- Supporting accurate data entry, file maintenance, reporting, and spreadsheet updates using Microsoft Office tools.
- Communicating clearly with internal partners and team members regarding status, questions, or missing information.
- Providing limited client contact as needed to gather information, offer status updates, or support issue resolution under team guidance.
- Following established procedures, controls, and documentation standards.
- Escalating unclear requests, discrepancies, or potential issues to the appropriate team member or leader.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling information with professionalism and care.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing information.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Are comfortable with limited client interaction while maintaining a professional, service-focused approach.
- Can follow step-by-step procedures and seek clarification when needed.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks or priorities.
- Are dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines in a production-focused environment.
- Are comfortable working with confidential or sensitive information.
- Can work independently while staying aligned with team expectations.
- (Preferred) Have prior experience in banking, treasury management, commercial payments, operations, or client service.
- (Preferred) Have experience working with shared mailboxes, service requests, case management tools, or workflow tracking systems.
- (Preferred) Have experience reviewing documentation or performing quality checks.
