Kelly Services has an Executive Assistant opening in Pacific, MO, with a growing, family-owned manufacturing client. This highly visible role will directly support company ownership and leadership while providing administrative assistance across multiple departments.
Position Details
Location: Pacific, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience
Employment Type: Direct hire or temp-to-hire

What You’ll Do
As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted administrative partner to company ownership and leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules for ownership and leadership
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting key discussions, and tracking action items
- Drafting professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, visitors, and requests
- Coordinating business travel, including flights, lodging, transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Supporting basic HR functions, including onboarding documentation and employee file maintenance
- Assisting with expense reports, invoice processing, vendor communication, and light accounting duties
- Maintaining accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinating company meetings, employee events, and special projects
- Providing administrative support to multiple departments as needed
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes, organization, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably within a small-business or manufacturing environment
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach
- Strong work ethic and collaborative, team-focused mentality
- Sound judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional references required before an employment offer is extended
