Location: St. Johnsbury, VT
Pay: $18–$25/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

We’re looking for a Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 6 months–2 years of manufacturing or quality experience who wants to build their skills and grow their career in quality.

You’ll work hands-on with parts, drawings, and inspection equipment while learning how to ensure products meet customer and company standards. 

**Must know how to read blueprints!**

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect incoming materials, parts in production, and finished products

  • Read and follow manufacturing drawings and specifications

  • Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools

  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections

  • Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation

  • Identify and communicate quality issues to the team

  • Assist with basic problem-solving and continuous improvement

  • Work with production team members to maintain quality standards

  • Help keep inspection equipment accurate and properly maintained

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 months–2 years of manufacturing or quality experience preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to read basic blueprints/drawings

  • Comfortable using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers

  • Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel

  • Good attention to detail and basic math skills

  • Reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team
