General Warehouse/Forklift Operator – Multiple Shifts Available

We are seeking Warehouse Worker/Shipper candidates for a premier manufacturing client with locations in Strafford, MO, and Springfield, MO. Position: Forklift/Warehouse Worker/Shipper
Location: Strafford, MO & Springfield, MO
Pay Rates:$19.00, $21.29 and $22.00 per hour
Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM- $19.00

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM-$21.29

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM-$22.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate, identify, transport, and store materials in designated storage locations

  • Unload small parts trailers and manage items at the receiving line

  • Remove core parts from boxes and dispose of cardboard at receiving areas

  • Stock materials in specified put-away areas

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

  • Use computers for inventory and logistics tasks

  • Operate a forklift (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

  • National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred

  • Three (3) years of manufacturing work experience preferred

  • Ability to perform manual tasks for the duration of assigned shifts, including frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and repetitive motions

  • Metatarsal Boot Certification required
