Job Title: Groundskeeper – Field Tester (Power Equipment)
Location: Melbourne, FL (On-site)
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $15/hour (Weekly Pay)
Bonus: Earn $125 per week when working 35+ hours

Kelly is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Groundskeepers / Equipment Testers. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate and evaluate riding and walk-behind mowers, as well as other powered equipment—sharing your feedback to help improve performance and design.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Test transmissions, frames, and various steering wheel configurations

  • Operate power equipment in group settings

  • Complete and enter equipment evaluation forms into a database

  • Participate in snow blower testing (potential for extended assignment)

  • On-the-job training for all powered vehicles (equipment is throttled down during training)

  • Recommended PPE such as Carhartts/bibs and rain gear

  • Provided PPE: gloves, hearing and eye protection

  • Ongoing support and group collaboration

Requirements:

  • Steel-toed shoes/boots (required)

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (assignments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather)

  • Willingness to provide honest, detailed feedback on equipment

  • Team player with strong communication skills
