Now Hiring: Material Handler – Medical Supply Logistics
Location: Morgantown, WV
Staffing Partner: Kelly Services

Are you ready to make a difference in healthcare logistics? Kelly Services is hiring dedicated Material Handlers for placement at a state-of-the-art medical supply facility in Morgantown, WV—serving as a critical hub for WVU Medicine and regional hospitals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate material handling equipment (cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts—training provided)

  • Pick, pack, and stock medical and surgical supply orders

  • Unload trucks, build and stage pallets, and use RF scanners and manual pallet jacks

  • Print and attach shipping labels/packing lists, stretch-wrap pallets, and load/unload trucks

  • Ensure order accuracy and resolve any shipping or receiving discrepancies

  • Collaborate across 1st and 2nd shift teams to ensure hospitals get essential supplies—your work truly saves lives!

Shifts & Pay:

  • 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6am–2:30pm (may start at 4am during mandatory overtime), plus mandatory Saturdays – $18.50 per hour

  • 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:30pm–11:30pm (may run until 1am with OT), plus mandatory Saturdays – $19.98 per hour

  • Mandatory overtime is required; OT schedules are updated weekly

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience using warehouse equipment (stand-up forklift, cherry picker, reach truck) a plus, but not required—willing to train!

  • Comfortable with heights (up to 32 feet; safety harness provided)

  • 1 year warehouse / related experience preferred

  • Flexible and team-oriented—willing to rotate among warehouse roles as needed

  • Reliable attendance and commitment to supporting healthcare delivery
