Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18/hour
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 5am-1:30pm
Location: Onsite, Indianapolis, IN

What’s a typical day as a Recycling Associate? You’ll be:
- Sorting recyclable materials from general waste to support recycling operations.
- Collecting, cleaning, and preparing materials for recycling processes.
- Operating and maintaining sorting machinery and balers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Strictly following all safety procedures and regulations for a secure work environment.
- Recording processed materials and inventory data accurately.
- Conducting routine area clean-ups to maintain plant safety and organization.
- Minimizing biohazard waste and properly handling hazardous materials.
- Mentoring new employees and supporting a highly collaborative team culture.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in waste management, recycling operations, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Are comfortable working in a physically demanding environment that includes lifting, climbing, and manual labor.
- Possess strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
