Warehouse Associate / Material Handler
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime and weekends as needed)
Assignment: Medical Leave Coverage
PPE Required: Steel-Toe Shoes
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Load, unload, transport, and store materials using a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Count, weigh, and verify materials and complete required documentation.
• Pick, package, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Move inventory between warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping floors and cleaning spills or product debris.
• Organize inventory and work areas to support efficient operations.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
Interview Process
Qualified candidates will be invited to the facility for an interview with supervisors and a plant tour.
