Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Job Description: Front Desk Clerk – Access Specialist (DUI Program)
The Access Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative and client support services for the DUI Program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with program enrollment and access, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.

  • Completing accurate intake documentation and processing required paperwork promptly.

  • Maintaining up-to-date and confidential client records in accordance with program and legal guidelines.

  • Scheduling client appointments, classes, and assessments, and managing calendar updates for program staff.

  • Responding to client inquiries both in-person and over the phone, providing clear information about program procedures and requirements.

  • Coordinating effective communication between clients, program staff, and other relevant departments.

  • Supporting daily program operations by performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and mailing.

  • Upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all interactions and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient computer and data entry abilities

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations

  • Comfortable working directly with individuals enrolled in the DUI Program

  • Prior administrative or client service experience preferred
