Shift: Day 7 AM-3:30 PM

What’s a typical day as a Formulation Laboratory Technician? You’ll be:
- Carrying out standard operating procedures involving materials measurement, handling, and inventory control
- Operating equipment and maintaining accurate records for the manufacturing of product batches
- Keeping detailed batch data records, notebooks, reports, and work order documents
- Using Materials Resource Planning tools for inventory management, including issuing materials, completing products, kitting, transfers, and returns
- Performing production and quality analysis of reagents, components, and finished products
- Communicating manufacturing issues to management and assisting with problem resolution
- Keeping supervisors and team members informed on the status of production processes
- Training other team members on techniques and processes as needed
- Ensuring all batch data records comply with quality system standards
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma (required); Associate’s degree in a science or technical field is preferred
- Possess technical training in manufacturing (preferred)
- Demonstrate functional knowledge of manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures
- Have experience with SAP, SOP revisions, and proficiency in Word/Excel (desired)
- Are detail-oriented and able to consistently follow procedures accurately
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
