Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.70/hr
Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11 PM–7 AM
What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating manufacturing equipment such as stamping, assembly, and machining machinery
- Performing detailed quality checks using gauges to ensure product standards
- Loading and unloading machines efficiently to maintain production flow
- Packaging finished products accurately and safely
- Following written work instructions with precision
- Using basic computer and PLC interfaces to monitor operations
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity, and quality
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately
- Are proficient with basic computers and have an understanding of PLC systems
- Are comfortable using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures
- Have the alertness required to detect defects and uphold quality standards
