We’re seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Paralegal to work at a premier client, Stanley Black & Decker, in a remote capacity. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay: $43/hr

What’s a typical day as Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Paralegal? You’ll be:
• Reviewing and summarizing commercial agreements, supplier contracts, customer agreements, NDAs, and indirect contracts for assignability and change-of-control provisions.
• Supporting TSA (Transition Services Agreement) contract identification and tracking, while managing supplier consent requests during acquisitions and divestitures.
• Coordinating with IT procurement on contract novations, renewals, and vendor communications, and maintaining an inventory of critical third-party technology contracts.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate, with 5+ years of corporate or M&A paralegal experience.
• Have a strong knowledge of corporate governance and contract administration, with experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or private equity transactions.
• Possess excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
