Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$19.50–$21.50 per hour (based on shift)
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday ($20.50/hr)
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday – Friday ($21.50/hr)

What’s a typical day as Clamp Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating clamp equipment to safely stack, store, retrieve, and move products
- Utilizing sit down, reach, clamp, and electric pallet jack
- Unloading inbound shipments and transporting products to designated storage locations
- Pulling, preparing, and staging products for shipment with accuracy
- Verifying product quantities and types for all shipments, order filling, and checking
- Moving products from staging or storage areas into trailers using clamp equipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting regular cycle counts
- Performing pre-operation equipment checks and completing inspection forms
- Using RF scanning devices for inventory accuracy and order processing
- Reporting inventory discrepancies and safety issues to supervisors
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Possess at least 1 year of clamp equipment operation experience (required)
- Hold a valid clamp operator certification or can obtain one
- Can frequently lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, stretch, and reach for extended shifts
- Are able to work in varied warehouse conditions (noise, lighting, temperature)
- Have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork skills
- Are comfortable with basic math and general computer literacy (Excel a plus)
- Are available to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Can drive, sit down, reach, clamp, and use an electric pallet jack
