We’re seeking a Production Technician to work at a premier pharmaceutical manufacturing organization in Audubon, PA. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$19.08/hr – $20.99/hr, depending on shift

Shifts:

1st shift: 6:30am – 2:40pm, Monday – Friday
2nd shift: 2:30pm – 10:40pm, Monday – Friday
Training: 1st week on days, 8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday

What’s a typical day as a Production Technician? You’ll be:

  • Packaging, assembling, and labeling materials as detailed in batch documents within primary or secondary production rooms

  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure product quality and compliance

  • Performing routine and thorough cleaning of equipment and packaging rooms

  • Working in both ambient and cold conditions (2 – 8°C) as required by specific operations

  • Reporting to the Production Supervisor and collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Possess experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment (preferred, but not required)

  • Are comfortable working in clean room environments and following strict safety procedures

  • Can work in cold conditions when necessary

  • Are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

  • Are available to work the specified shift and complete training during the first week
