Salary: $25.00-35.00 an hour

What’s a typical day as Legal Office Clerk? You’ll be:
- Preparing general legal correspondence, motions, objections, and other case documents.
- Assisting with discovery, document management, and organizing case files for attorneys.
- Serving and filing legal papers in various courts, including electronic filing in State and Federal Courts.
- Communicating professionally via email and phone with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
- Managing personal injury files from intake through litigation.
- Requesting, reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records and preparing medical evidence for trial.
- Scheduling permanent impairment evaluations and other medical appointments.
- Tracking court deadlines, litigation calendars, and case milestones.
- Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and hearing logistics.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 1–3+ years of legal assistant or law firm experience, preferably in personal injury litigation.
- Demonstrate experience managing plaintiff personal injury files and communicating with claims adjusters.
- Possess knowledge of court rules, discovery deadlines, and New Hampshire court procedures.
- Exhibit excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and electronic file management; experience with Filevine is a plus.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting a team dedicated to client service.
