At Kelly®, we’re passionate about helping you find a job that works for you. How about this one? We’re seeking a Litigation – Business/Real Estate/Probate Legal Assistant to work at a leading legal services organization in Dover, NH. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.

Dover, NH | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Payrate: $27.00-38.00 an hour

What You’ll Do

  • Open and close client files while maintaining accurate electronic and paper records.

  • Coordinate conflict checks and prepare engagement letters.

  • Draft, edit, and organize legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

  • Maintain case files and assist with discovery and litigation support.

  • Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, and case timelines.

  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.

  • Provide administrative and legal support for Business, Real Estate, Probate, and Litigation matters.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a law firm.

  • Litigation experience is REQUIRED.

  • Experience supporting Business, Real Estate, or Probate Law is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of motions, discovery, court rules, deadlines, and legal procedures in New Hampshire.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Experience with Filevine or LMS is a plus.
