Experienced Paralegal – Litigation, Business & Probate

Dover, NH | $36–$40/hour DOE | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Join a growing New Hampshire law firm as an Experienced Paralegal supporting attorneys across Litigation, Business, Probate, and Real Estate matters.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage assigned legal matters and maintain organized case files

  • Prepare and proofread pleadings, motions, correspondence, discovery, and legal documents

  • Assist with litigation, including discovery, hearings, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation

  • Conduct legal research and assist with court filings

  • Track deadlines, hearings, filings, and attorney calendars

  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Paralegal experience in a law firm

  • Litigation experience required

  • Business, Probate, Real Estate, or Estate Administration experience is a strong plus

  • Strong knowledge of legal documents, discovery, and court procedures

  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

  • Filevine, LMS, or other legal case management experience is a plus
