Job details
Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a registered behavior technician to provide classroom based behavioral support for elementary age students with autism and emotional support needs. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside teachers and the educational team to create a positive, supportive learning environment for students.
- Phoenixville, PA
- Monday – Friday 7:40am to 3:40pm
- $29 per hour
- Full-time school-year position with potential to work summer school
What You’ll Do:
- Provide classroom behavior support throughout the school day.
- Implement behavior support plans under the guidance of the educational team.
- Encourage positive behaviors and build meaningful relationships with students.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to help students achieve their goals.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 40 hours RBT Training.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through BACB.
- Experience working or volunteering with children preferred, especially children with disabilities or behavioral needs.
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to obtain all required state and federal background clearances, drug screening, physical examination, and district-specific requirements.
