Franklin, MA/ Temp-Hire
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | $40–$50/hr (DOE)

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Coordinate efforts across engineering, purchasing, quality, and production teams

  • Communicate project updates, risks, and recovery plans to customers

  • Track progress using Kanban metrics and project management tools

  • Support customer meetings, internal reviews, and problem resolution

  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvements and lessons learned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field

  • 3+ years of project management experience (manufacturing or engineered products preferred)

  • Strong customer-facing communication skills

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Project or Planner is a plus

  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)

  • Successful completion of drug screening and background investigation
