Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier Inbox Management:

    • Monitor, triage, and respond to supplier-related inquiries in the shared support inbox, ensuring all requests are tracked and resolved efficiently.

    • Categorize, prioritize, and escalate issues based on urgency and impact to ensure timely service and compliance with service-level agreements.


  • Internal Form Processing:

    • Accurately manage sensitive supplier documentation with attention to privacy and compliance standards.

    • Process ACH banking information updates by submitting changes through Coupa; confirm accuracy and completion of all forms.

    • Manage bulk upload activities: review, validate, and execute large-scale supplier data changes in Coupa, collaborating with relevant teams as needed.


  • Supplier Onboarding Support:

    • Update supplier contact information to facilitate successful onboarding invitations and portal access.

    • Monitor and review onboarding forms; proactively identify issues, missing data, or blockers and coordinate resolution.

    • Escalate unresolved or complex onboarding issues to appropriate stakeholders and track outcomes to closure.

    • Liaise with suppliers to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and ensure timely submission of needed documentation.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear and accurate records of all actions and communications for audit and reporting purposes.

  • Support continuous process improvement and SOP documentation for supplier management and onboarding.

  • Train internal users and suppliers on basic Coupa navigation as needed.

Recommended Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork skills; capable of collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers.

  • Proven experience with Coupa or similar cloud-based procurement and supplier management systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (for bulk uploads, data validation, and tracking).

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Prior experience in supplier onboarding, procurement support, or financial systems highly preferred.

Shift: 8AM – 5PM Monday – Friday
Pay: $27-30/hr
